Private Jeep Trails for Beginner or Seasoned Drivers:
Our 65ac facility is full of real off-road trails and features, all navigable by daily drivers depending on driver experience and comfort. Trails accessed will be dependent on vehicle capabilities as well as trails condition and vehicle tire type, tread, and air pressure.
We have three levels of trails, marked with green/blue/black numbered tags that correspond to the map provided at check in. Those new to off-roading can gain experience in a comfortable, low pressure setting.
Those with more time off-road still have some "wow, that was pretty good!" moments on the more difficult trials on the way up and down the mountain trails!
We firmly believe in 'Tread Lightly' principals and Mother Nature's moisture (rain, snow, frost thaw, etc) may close the facility. This is a major reason for calling ahead.
Yes, we have a Jeep Badge of Honor Trail on site!
We also have our 2.4mi (approx 1.5hrs) Jeep Badge of Honor Trail (Smoky Mountains Trail) that is comprised of a series our most adventurous trails AND the trails with the best scenery. This trail is well marked with tree markers and indicators to assist in easy navigation. Badge of Honor Trail Difficulty / Description: While we are not setting any records out here, this is a legit trails facility with a couple spots that will make even the most experienced drivers sit up in their seats a bit. We have a Badge of Honor rating of 4-5, and we've had many drivers come off trail and comment they believe that is an accurate rating. This is not a break you – bust you trail, but the 2.4mi route is NOT a gravel or fire road in the National Forest either. Prior off-road trails experience highly recommended. Please DO NOT underestimate the trail. There are several very steep ascents and descents along real mountain-side trails with tight spots among old growth shade trees and an open, sun soaked mountain top with magnificent views into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee National Forest. Full trail description is on the BoH app. The BoH trail takes about 1.5hrs+/-.
Must call ahead, please! 10am - 6pm. Last entry 4pm.
$40 driver, $20 per passenger 5y/o and over. Cash ONLY
Pet Policy: Pets must be on leash at all times. Be mindful that not all people love dogs like you do. Be aware some dog interactions do not go well, so lets avoid a bad scene by using caution. Owners must pick up after their pet. Yes, be prepared to pick up your dog's crap. Bag up the fresh, hot steamer that your Fido just dropped and put it in your rig. No one wants to step in it or drive in it so they can see and smell the smashed dog turd in their tire tread or shoe bottom for the next couple hours. Doggie drama leads to human drama. Let's not do drama. Please be a good dog owner, and we'll enjoy hosting you!
Trailers / Trailered Rigs Policy:
Sorry, no Trailers! We simply do not have the space to allow for trailers, tow rigs, and room to unload a rig. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Alcohol/illegal substance policy:
No occupants of the Jeep shall consume alcohol or possess or consume illegal or non prescribed drugs. Disregarding this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the facility without refund. This IS NOT a rule we will 'look the other way' on. Period. We want a safe and sober environment for every Jeeper out here. We're not the fun police, but there is a time/place, and this aint it.
